Please do not book directly with the hotel, as DCUC only receives credit for rooms reserved through our block and the provided link. If you need a room type not listed in our block, DCUC can provide a contact to check other options that still count toward our block. Rooms booked outside the block will result in DCUC being charged for unused contracted rooms, even if attendees stay at the hotel.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy
A one-night room deposit is required for all reservations. Deposits become non-refundable after Wednesday, April 1, 2026 (Bangkok local time).

Cancellations must be made directly with The Athenee Hotel by this date to receive a refund. Changes after this date may be allowed based on hotel availability and current rates.
